Compliance + Sustainability

We prepare and submit applications for a wide range of regulatory permits, including Environmental Compliance Approvals (ECAs) for air and noise emissions, wastewater, sewage works, waste management systems, and waste disposal or transfer sites. We also handle Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR) registrations and Permits to Take Water. Additionally, we provide consulting and representation in response to MECP notices, orders, and ECA inspections.

Our team provides support for approval applications under CEPA, OWRA, and other federal/provincial legislations. This includes agency coordination and documentation.   

Receive the design and implementation of water quality monitoring programs including supporting baseline studies and regulatory reporting.

We'll assess  groundwater flow and surface water behaviour to support site design, permitting, and stormwater management.

Need to meet ECA and regulatory requirements? We prepare annual environmental reports to meet all requirements including compliance summaries and data review.

We provide support with hazardous waste registration, documentation, and reporting in line with Ontario’s waste regulations and Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority requirements.

With an aim to align with ISO 14001: Environmental Management systems, we develop and help implement EHS systems. This includes gap analysis, development of site-specific procedures for hazardous material handling, and internal audit programs to improve environmental performance and compliance.

We develop and review your Environmental Emergency (E2) Plans for regulated substances under federal guidelines.

Working with your team, we assist in the creation of spill prevention and response plans that meet provincial and federal requirements, including training and documentation.

We provide strategic support for integrating sustainability, including GHG inventories, ESG reporting, and sustainability certifications.
